Station fully recognized under Linux (3.14 kernel). My external drive is mounted from 24h no problem for now. Only small downside, the usb cable supplied is too short 3: 50cm not counting the two takes, I can not ask this dock on my case and USB ports reach comfortably. Hence the absence of 5th star.

No partitioning problem owner as I read in another review, any other dock can also read my record.
