I bought this USB Freeview HD this week. After connecting, the key found no chain, with the original antenna. After intelligence took, I placed the mini magnetic antenna on a metal base plate so that this makes ground plane. I received this time çi all channels but reception was poor. After a new board, I put the plate vertically (thus horizontal antenna) and there! Miracle! Now I receive all channels, including TNT HD quality with close to 100%. This is a good quality product with good audio video capabilities. With a little etrainement, control software (very full) is easy to utlisisation. I do not regret this purchase.
