USB to Serial TTL converter, suitable for standalone ATMega328

I've been looking for cheap USB to Serial Adapter to upload sketches for a ATMega328. That was not so easy, because many of these adapters are available - often without sufficient information on the pin assignment.

This adapter is labeled CP2102 Breakout and the designation C231932. The pin is GND, CTS, VCC, TX, RX and DTR. At VCC pin are + 5V, you can change the output but a jumper to + 3.3V, this is but then soldering required. Many other models is in place of DTR pins RST pin. While such adapters have a DTR connection on the PCB - but manual labor is required, that is, you have to solder a pin header or cable to the DTR only, so you can use this Anschuss. On the web you can find some instructions to do so.

Desertion converter must not be modified, so that you can so get started! Under Linux (Ubuntu) I had to install a driver, but Windows requires the installation of a driver which can be downloaded from the Silicon Labs page ([...]).

The build quality of the adpters is ok. It is supplied (F / F pin header) an approximately 20 cm long cable.
Supplied without documentation or driver CD - for the price that's fine.
However, one should be prepared for a long delivery time. From order to delivery have passed 15 days.
Presumably it took so long because of the envelope must be approved by Customs. Because the value of including Porto under 22 euros is but are no problems expected.
