The handling has improved really noticeable and the E-M10 is well in hand.
Balance has also improved and they seem to really shake less.
The handle is very valuable and can be removed quickly to get to the battery compartment.
I have it therefore almost continuously since Christmas were plunged
But a negative, or to be observed thing I noticed. Because the camera is higher through the base plate, are larger lenses no longer on when the camera is put down. I use some larger lenses adapted.
If I install this on my camera and then hinstelle, the camera tilts forward and the lens pops to the front on the ground. In my original M43 lenses (Sigma 19mm 2.8, Oly 12-50mm, Oly 45mm 1.8). this does not happen, but I can imagine that this looks for example at Oly 12-40 2.8 different.
Addendum 03.15.2015:
I now had the opportunity to test the Oly 12-40mm. The handle is very helpful.
As expected, the lens moves the camera forward a bit down, the stand, the camera tilts but hardly forward because through the handle, the protrusion of the lens is compensated. Without handle the lens is down over it causing the E-M10 can not just stand up. In this respect, I must, at least what the 12-40mm, take back my fear with regard to severe Obnjektive.
