I had chronic shoulder pain (right) and 2 years. I bought this product there is approximately 1.5 months: My "classic" pain decreased by more than 75%. The peaks of pain completely disappeared. My osteopath has just confirmed to me that my shoulder is better.
By cons is junk, a USB port of piece of plastic remains in the hand when trying to remove it (in theory it does not happen often). I did not get done but I think she lunges at the first fall. So its price is good / ok.
