The Bluetooth Dongle is unfortunately quite far out from the USB slot. The included software BlueSoleil is firstly outdated and secondly so does the dongle do not, since this software disables the Bluetooth Support Service in the Windows services. A software update for BlueSoleil costs more than 20, - Euro.

Have the software completely uninstalls, Laptop reset driver can re looking through my headset dongle and now works without software. Such problems are, incidentally, also known on the Internet.
