Using the adapter s

This adapter I bought with the aim to carry out experiments with my old Asahi M42 Takumar lenses on Lumix-GX7.
I am very satisfied with the quality of the adapter. Price / performance is very good for me. The bayonet fits into the case perfectly! The M42 thread is smooth, the scales at the top and thus easily readable and adjustable. Nothing wakelt!
With M42 Takumar 1: 1.8 / 55mm, the minimum distance to the object is about 40 cm. The increase here is (compared to the standard G Vario 1: 3.5-5.6 / 14-42 mm) more than doubled. Thus, beautiful close-ups are possible.
Have a graph paper added, quality of the recording is excellent. The camera can be manually operated well and simply.
Thus, portrait shots are an interesting application.
Combining adapters and old lens is unsuitable for farming sheep recordings.
