I bought my bag because I have a very wet basement and stowed summer or winter clothes smelled musty always. The service is really as simple as described. The pipe from the suction dock to the valve, as much air out eyes as desired, close tightly, done! The air is after a few weeks still not escaped - some buyers had problems since, with me holding the bag tightly. Down one should not squeeze so, so I just some air sucked out from the bag and the down jacket tucked in the basement, it is supposed to be only air or smell-proof in this case.
