Variant thermos + cold water goes faster

The Cool Twister is in our Külschrank for some time. We but not actually use it because it does not really make life easier. We find the variant "of hot water in thermos" + "boiled water cold water" mix considerably faster. Rather spend the money for a reasonable thermos and thermometer.

Negative points:

1) to the advertised 80 seconds is still the time of decoction to. Depending on the performance of the digester takes. We have twins, because sometimes every second counts. Men can also equal the water pour into a thermos, but then you no longer need the Cool Twister also.

2) The water tank is not insulated and is very hot when all pouring the boiled water. At night, half asleep one forgets this before, if one wants to screw it.

3) After each use, it needs to cool down again. The "calibration process" (correct amount of cooling water at refrigerator temperature Syndicate) can therefore take.

4) One should always let the whole 210 ml through. In the beginning but you usually vial to about 150 ml. So you need also an additional vessel, where the cooled water flows pure. This has to be sterilized then again. You could also adjust the amount of cooling water for lower flow rates, but then it comes back to point 3).

5) One should the Cool Twister "waiting" week (cooling water change, sterilize). Is also back effort. In addition, I'm not so sure if the lower water exit point really is so hygienic. You also need a bigger vaporizer.

All the points are now taken on its own is not really dramatic, but in the aggregate resulted for us no relief. As I said, the variant thermos plus cold water goes much faster.
