Material and processing:
------------------------------
The shoe is quite easy, the material has a very good quality, the workmanship is clean.
Very good also the spikes are to be used and replaced. A corresponding number of spikes and spike wrenches were included in the delivery.
In addition to the spikes in the forefoot give small knobs made of hard plastic extra grip.
Fit and cushioning:
--------------------------
One should at least one full size larger. Have 43 and 43.5 appointed here in Size 44.5 for normal road shoes size.
The fit is very good and comfortable, the shoe is good but not too tight on the foot and adapts to this. There is a continuous cushioning in the sole area, so that even after 3 4 hours and different disciplines of the shoe is comfortable to wear and not suppressed.
Use and previous impressions:
---------------------------------------
The shoe is quite an all-rounder and suitable for a multi-fight. The spikes give on the tartan track in both jump and running disciplines sufficient grip and let the shoe for different disciplines use. I myself have been using it for high and long jump, 100m run, shot put, Spin Ball, 1,000m run and 3,000m run. For longer medium or long distances on the track but I would prefer other shoes, because they are then to running more enjoyable.
Negative impressions:
-----------------------
When tightening it shows the inside of the shoe in the area of the midfoot a projecting piece of fabric or tape that initially seemed a bit disturbing and causes a slightly uncomfortable feeling. However, after a few minutes or a shrinking of a stadium lap (400 m), this impression disappears.
Insert Spikes carefully and put in too much pressure when tightening may damage them.
If the shoe does not use in the field (although in the product description recommended), for trail running shoes or normal road running shoes are better suited.
Conclusion:
----------
For my impression good allround shoe for training or the competition on a tartan track in the area of grassroots sport and for beginners and for those who do not invest too much money in a shoe or want to buy special shoes for each discipline.
