The smoked salt can fast times touch a barbecue sauce out of ketchup, but also help a goulash to more flavor. Especially well it does in a Brathähnchengewürz that you touch from a teaspoon smoked salt, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons sweet paprika, 1/2 teaspoon curry, 1 teaspoon onion granules and 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic.
Even in a real carbonara sauce, which consists only of bacon, Parmesan, eggs and plenty of black pepper, the salt makes an excellent smoke and brings the "Köhler taste" right to light.
