As a lover and collector of music from different genres from jazz to Electronic House and I do not know any music that touches me more, stirs and eventually impressed as the work of this unique band from England. When in music encyclopedias reread there is hardly a band, which is attached to a larger influence on modern music as a Van der Graaf Generator. Musicians such as David Bowie, Joni Mitchell, the Red Hot Chilli Peppers and many other worship Peter Hamill Van der Graaf Generator.
This live CD is wonderful, the selection perfectly, I felt only the song "Siren Song" - the songs are close enough to the originals from the '70s, yet far enough away.
I can only recommend: Look VDGG live, on the few stations of their Tour 2007, to - the presence of the band on stage is not of this world!
