Compact side first,
No problem it really is! I was even afraid to unpack it's too small to put forward to everything I need.
There is nothing inside storage space is me now enough to take a walk my camera equipment: Case Nikon D7100 with 18-140 standard trans mounted above + 35mm. There is still a lot of room, and two fixed lenses of TV may well be seated.
So it is finally well arranged and sufficient for my use in terms of space.
Side comfort,
The bag is very well designed, very comfortable and does not generate particular gene. Everything is padded (airy) in the contact zones.
The different grip straps fall well and help secure the bag, which is significant in sporting use. He does not move at all and even in beautiful bowls on skis, all remained obediently stowed my back without flinching.
It's perfect for sports use I wanted to do.
Very well thought out overall.
The block which houses the camera and objectives is made to be removed if necessary. It is fixed to the structure of the bag through scratches. This ability to turn my camera bag compact touring bag (for small outputs) attracted me.
This is actually a great idea, all the camera equipment remains tidy in his bag-in-the-same bag that has handles, and once it removed the bag turns into a nice hike in a jiffy bag .
The tripod attachment is formidable.
I have a Manfrotto tripod pro with 3 sections, and a ball head mounted on it that make a whole rather cumbersome. However once seated and strapped in, nothing moves, no unpleasant swing that would bang your head or back.
The build quality of all seems to me very good at first sight (see over time). The selected materials and the overall design exudes solidity and robustness.
CONCLUSION:
- Compact yet spacious enough for someone who does not travel with too much material (you must wear).
- Rugged and well insulated (waterproof overcoat that can be deployed if needed)
- Well thought out and flexible in its layout. Attaches very effectively tripod (foot does not move), location for a water bladder, storage block device and removable lens allowing to make a small conventional touring bag rather effective.
- Access flip very safe (theft) and practical (provided that the lap belt is enough so that the bag remains in a horizontal position when the rocker in front of you).
I highly recommend, with reservation that is really compact so will not be enough for a photographer wishing to carry a lot of equipment with him. In this case pass a 15l seems indispensable even the 20l.
