After 1 month back and forth the insurance has apologized, found my data again. After the odyssey continued, I sent the station, came back by return mail. New call, sorry, we had sent the wrong shipping label. Then sent back after 2 weeks and classified as not repairable. The residual value was finally reimbursed (for every year there are 10% smear). All right.
