very deçue - Debutante

I received this package as a gift and went ahead and tested on. I was greatly disappointed:
- Silicone is sold rolled plate, so it remains curled when you set it flat. Furthermore it is too large for a standard oven plate
- The pocket is difficult to use because too hard, and almost none of the sold accessory is useful for making macaroons (but useful for other pastries, which is an advantage of the cabinet)
- Very few technical explanations, very brief. The recipe booklet contains only 7 recipes and not the more conventional (not a beginner looking to make a macaron salmon and whipped dill!).
- The cabinet is very bulky for what it contains, I will not keep the original packaging.

For cons, I would recommend the Essentials Cookbook Mastrad "Macarons", sold separately: clear technical explanations, many recipes more traditional (chocolate, raspberry) to the more exotic.
