We buy in the health food store only the "fruit pur" -Marmeladen because they do not contain added sugar, but as the name suggests, mainly from fruits (where indeed infected with naturally occurring sugars :) exist. Otherwise even agave nectar's inside, grape juice, apple juice and apple pectin and lemon juice as a gelling agent and calcium citrate as setting agents. Actually all are tasty "fruit pur" jams - but the raspberry jam is one of our favorites. It tastes really nice after raspberries - and not pappsüß for sugar. Consistency is also very pleasant, of course, not quite as strong as in jams or jellies containing gelling, but as a spread is recommended the product still unrestricted. Also for the refinement of yogurts, cereals, porridges, ice, etc., the fruit spread is very good. But it is not as durable as regular jam (sugar also preserved so very strong). But with us it keeps anyway a few days! :) For raspberry fans (who want to buy out of season no fresh raspberries imported) a delicious and especially sugar-free alternative!
