non tilting seat and was sold as rocking, very bad condition: ripped cardboard.
Striped Material: painting and imitation leather, blown off seat, bad finishes.
Lack screws etc, etc ... the list goes on ..
refusal of delivery of home delivery: delivery: chrono-post less and professional months left me alone plan on the village square.
