Very disappointed 391

Tricycle received for Christmas, cardboard arrived damaged, missing parts, nothing was packed and everything was set loose inside.
The bike showed signs of wear on the wheels and handlebars as if it were an exhibition model.
Also, after seeing it in stores, we found that the model was very "toy", plasticized, the colors are garish, the tissue that covers the seat of poor quality and had badly aged. We are disappointed. Return to sender, we opted for a Smart Trike makes our satisfaction.
