Very disappointed ... from five to zero!

After the R40i now has a good a season done its job and I was very impressed by the small garden friend happened now following:
The R40i was taken out of the camp and with a new knife he stepped back into service.
He has made about two weeks, then I found him one evening away from the station. The keyboard was broken, the top 2 lines ran not be operated. No problem - one call to the hotline of Gardena shows a known problem, quickly sending - in no later than 3 days he is back. First of looking packaging, there is nothing break ..
Now - 10 Days later - was indeed a bank holiday in between, can indeed times happen -
I get a letter from Gardena - pretty much everything up because
Fallen either in the pond or puddle -
- Even off rumgeschraubt
- Cleaned or too wet (!!)
So with words Andren own fault ..

the whole thing then 739, xx Euro and in the same letter offers to me a replacement unit for 708 euros to the charging station .. I would still ..

I'm really speechless, did not even screwed (how stupid can you be with a 2 year warranty) have no pond and a garden on a slope (no puddles ..), saw him also carefully cleaned and not immersed in a water.

So my joy since yesterday mourning over such an insult - to me that's rip-off for the Far East irrebarable imports and thus also not to accept!
