Kaleb is a book that I expected, but unfortunately my enthusiasm has dropped fairly quickly. I have not hooked to the character. Yet the summary gave me very envi. The idea is original, the plot is exciting but I was not seduced. The pace is slow, some passages are very long and others go quicker. I was lost on many occasions, especially on the development of the gift of Kaleb. As for the characters, I'm tied up with any (first time), Kaleb is implausible, yet I love the Bad-boy side usual. Reading is easy enough, sentences are short and simple. The ideas are very good, the gifts, the children of Volcano, Sentinel ... but I miss many things that I appreciate this reading. I probably would try Season II in 2013.
