The pictures are very pretty ... That's about all I will say positive about this book. One can also say that the written part by Cohen teaches us a few things about vitamins and seasonal vegetables (mostly nothing new anyway), unfortunately that's all. I tested several recipes, and the results could not in any way resemble what was in the pictures (normal somewhere but still we wonder what dish has been photographed), the amounts are correct and that say the time spent preparing the (count 4 and 2 times more people than is annotated by Marx). The ingredients are often not found a huge disappointment ... In short, I strongly advises against.
