Benefits: The Chrometta Green is a water-saving model and promises up to 60% water savings in high showering comfort. Since I have a water meter for hot water in the shower, I can tell the savings in practice. With my old shower head I have used up every time you shower between 20 and 40 l hot water. With the new Green Chrometta it can be under 10l create normal 10-15 l. The promised savings is therefore really good and the payback period is expected to be only a few weeks in a two-person household. So big plus for Frugal! However, a disadvantage is the lax shower feeling. A direct comparison with proper shower heads should not dare to. The beam is really very soft, but has more power than if you just turning up not so much in a normal shower head. But: you get used to it! Also disadvantageous is the sound made by the Lufteinsprudelung. Conclusion: One star deduction for the shower feeling. The conversion is ertsmal tough, but I'm already looking forward to the next charge settlement. (Addendum 2013: Although my girlfriend moved in with me, our common hot water consumption is now lower than in my own.)
Update October 2012: The flap Shower Feeling has become gradually more lax. This morning was the "Spray Height" (so if you can spraying off the water upwards) just over 5cm. Showering is hardly possible anymore. I suspect the shower head is highly susceptible to contamination (rust / lime). I'll replace the shower head, use a strainer in front and give him because of the good Neuteilperformance another chance.
Update January 2013: return at Amazon problem. The newly delivered part had as a strainer, which had been missing definitely the first attempt in the package. I suspect that is a mixture of lime and rust had settled somewhere. Since then, no performance degradation. So pay attention when mounting on the screen and you'll be fine!
Update November 2014: Still flawless performance. So it remains a buy recommendation, the eighth when mounted on the screen, then the shower head met expectations.
