Why did I put 4 stars while some people are completely disappointed?

The first thing to know is that some people find a cross on their picture when the filter is set to its maximum. So it can happen, keep in mind that this is not meant to be good at every level settings (you pay 15 I remember ...)

The second thing is that I personally use it only for taking videos. Do not necessarily have the same quality of image since it does not remain static, this filter is very suitable for video use.

For the photo, I can not advise you one thing, turn to non-adjustable filters such as ND in 1000 Haida which for me has a very good rank Quality / Price:

Once these points are considered, I find the right filter for the use I have. That's why the 4 stars.
