Very good advice

An excellent compendium of quick and easy tricks to boost his life every day. I have dug into the numerous pipes that I apply every day without really effort. That's a good buy, and really quite cheap to lose some kilos before the end of year holidays and stay on top throughout the year after! The author remains on his good run after his two previous books and tone of the book is really boosting. Special mention also for illustrations really "girly"!
