The startup was simple, all batteries already exists, and used and even agreed time. So I had only program nor the radio station, which was very easy with the instruction manual. Unfortunately, the radio reception with the dipole antenna is not outstanding and receives at me only 2 stations halfway decent and I use mainly by TuneIn app.
After I used a Sony Docking Station for the iPhone 4, which I was quite pleased, it was now superseded by this one for iPhone 5. For the kitchen, the size is perfect and the sound goes it's not much worse than the slightly larger that I had before. For a device that is actually used as an alarm clock, it is already very good, of course, not comparable to the stereo system. There is no equalizer presets but only 2 modes.
The docking of the iPhone works fine, a small rubber pads on the device to prevent this, it scratched on the back. The remote control is so small that you have to be careful not to lose them, and has all the important functions.
I am very pleased with the Sony docking station, as an alarm clock or small stereo system / docking station, it offers a very good price / performance ratio.
