It is very comprehensive, the author gives only techniques she has tried and tested, and therefore operate. It has everything, theory and lots of practice. Besides, I do not know if it's due to my personal experience in this area, but I did a year given on pages 140 to clean the tensions and negative energies, it worked completely in less than one week: - | Moreover, it does not really require prerequisites or special beliefs, everyone accepting the power of visualization can see his life improved significantly and quickly :)
