I found the book at the beginning of the similarities with the Book of Happiness Marcelle Auclaire and resemblances have surprised me in the moment. as the "already read". by against the chapters "practice of visualization" are very well exposed, very interesting. and knowing the power of thought, I have no doubt of the benefit that can be gained from such a structure. Marcelle auclair also wrote a book called "practice of Happiness" I imagine that they are also creative visualization. (I have not read the first part that the time was sold separately). But this little pocket book there is a marvel and I will recommend it to my friends.
