Let's face on, no fear confirmed by testing. No geometric distortions, but a strong perspective inherent in short focal lengths. No chromatic aberration either, no vignetting. Do not blame the lens to exaggerate to excess creepage nor give surprising images if it is tilted: that is its reason for being. Indispensable, the UV filter must always be top quality, I mounted a Daisee Pro (8 layers on each side) because the parasitic reflections do not forgive these focal lengths. But ... these very short focal lengths can give an impression of "slack" in the image. Do not confuse them with the use of a pan made of a rich set of information (image stitching rather to medium focal lengths). Here, the image is to translate a whole, an atmosphere where details are based, or underline, exaggerate one aspect: height of a tower, massive, aggressive ... etc. It also seems interesting, to get the maximum, to adopt a vivid color rendering. Best iris probably from August to November (but this is pifométrique, not surprisingly). Corollary: Recommended bright light. On reflection, a beautiful design work, to cover the surface of an APS-C sensor as short focal lengths. Hat. And thank you to Amazon for the care of small problems immediately to delivery.
