Very good computer just a little problem

Hello.
After having received 3 days or what any problem .I leave one week on vacation, I return home, I turn on the computer fans, all neon lights except the graphics card that my said the seller Caller Vibox received the defective graphics cards trader .Très Vibox proposes beings refunded or changed the graphics card for free.
