But that's not the case with a balance board, especially for inexperienced users certainly as difficult to handle as a slackline.
So what is it with such a Balance Board?
One trains the Kooordination his muscles and tendons of the foot until the entire upper body by (still timid footed at the beginning) try on this board to maintain balance and so is ideally Trainigsform.
You probably know that in comparison similar to the test on one leg for a few seconds to stand and try to keep your balance without tipping.
This is made more difficult by this Balance Board again by a number of factors, in which one ever tried first on the already very shaky ground, to maintain balance, because quite so simple it is not, unfortunately.
I can only recommend it on a carpet-like surface and preferably also with the aid of an (ideally) Training Partners or wherever you may be supported. Absolutely I have to cancel out of slippery surfaces such as laminate flooring, tile floors, because the thing slips course just to get away. The best thing I still can with a non-slip mat (yoga mat, exercise mat).
This Balance Board is only for Progress citizens, Beginners should start with a lower level and difficulty.
