Very good cover - great support for defective products

I bought this phone case for my Samsung Galaxy S 2 and was initially very happy with it. The build quality of the leather was acceptable, as well as the overall impression of the envelope.
After about 4 weeks, however, broke up with me the tab (the "cap" and back ties together) on. The splice is easy, disrupted by normal everyday use, so no excessive extensive or forcible opening. Den, contained in the flap, magnet I now hold in my hands, and I can go say goodbye to the pleasant close the lid thanks magnetism. Perhaps this is just an isolated incident, what I suspect at the very good reviews, no matter, I will still have to look me for a replacement.

Edit: I just got a call the next day by the manufacturer, by apologizing for the defective product and Anbat me a new cover as a free replacement. This appears to be completely free of errors. Can I therefore only about the great support and look forward meinee correct rating of 2 back to 5 points upwards.
