The first charger was unfortunately flawed, the second plugging anything has blown and has thrown me the 230V fuse.

The second charger is working properly, the batteries are quickly fully charged, the charging voltage is correct.

The batteries are unfortunately from my camcorder (Samsung VP-MX20 / EDC) is not recognized, although the dimensions, connections and voltages 1: 1 match.

According to the description the batteries replace the original battery IA-BP85ST, the battery itself is only BP85ST and according to information from the Samsung support:
"Samsung refers to the manual that you should use only the battery type IA-BP85ST. Whether other batteries to work correctly, that we can not guarantee. We ask for your understanding."

Whether the lack of "IA" has something to do with the battery, or if the firmware me my camcorder plays a prank, I'm still trying to figure out.
