The Grohe 3393302 is a serious, solid valve, fine high order a bucket also to times without major problems filling, and looks for my taste - unlike many others - in spite of extractable shower very classy.
Toll on the shower: switchable between normal jet and spray jet with automatic reset, which works fine. The shower hose is automatically withdrawn by a long spring back into the faucet, you have the shower then just push it in fully.
The mixer tap is precisely in the temperature and spray control, and thereby smoothly - just what you would expect from Grohe. The swivel range is quite large, however, there is little resistance. That will probably change when has only something attached lime, for my taste but it could give a little more resistance.
The only real complaint I have is the aerator, which mixes air barely. Thus, the jet looks pretty thin; Grohe here would have done well to build in something sensible - therefore a point deduction.
Respect. Installation I'm surprised even some reviews. It must be mounted eight parts. Who has not just two left hands and no idea, in my opinion easily cope. The installation instructions are not again not really exemplary, but soooo bad now. Only the long spring is not clearly visible in the drawing (when you open up the manual and unfolds: on the first page on the bottom left we see approach, the spring), thus:
*** Installation of the compression spring ***
The long spring, the counter jumps to mind when you pull the needle out of the carrier part, of course, to the shower hose! First, the shower hose is threaded through a hole the enclosed, white hose holder. Then the compression spring comes it, now run the end through the second hole of the hose holder. Fitting top screws, and this stuck to the brass terminal which protrudes downward from the tap - done!
In addition, there seems to be an impossible house demand to replace the aerator. Here actually missing a detail in the drawing, therefore:
*** Replacing the aerator ***
Removed first with the side with the hole and the mandrel the inner ring on the shower, by driving the mandrel into the narrow gap between aerator and the inner ring, and pushes him: The attached, gray plastic tool (Kitchen Tool inscription). With the other end of the tool (the side with the gear-like edge) is now the shower plate unscrewed counterclockwise. Remove aerator, new aerator pure, and shower plate screw clockwise again. Inner ring and push it down, and the seemingly intractable problem is solved within 30 seconds.
I hope that helps.
