I have it as a 60 GB 2.5 "notebook hard drive from a broken laptop connected successfully. The installation was easy, the case is made accurately, nothing stuck, nothing wobbles.
The hard drive is easily identified in the case under Windows 7 and Linux, read, write, format, partition, bootable, LED lights - everything works with USB 2.0 speed. At an external hub (with its own power supply) the housing functions (and its electronics) also properly, also connected with one of the two USBstecker.
The housing is made of silver metal, manufacturer Logilink print. In addition to the case was delivered a simple black cover, a screwdriver, a 53 cm long Y-USB cable, a printed manual, 2 screws, Driver CD (for Windows 98).
Conclusion: Good value, perfectly functioning external enclosure for 2.5 "hard drives by building type IDE / PATA for connection to USB 2.0.
