We opted for the potato ricer of Gefu because it has cut mostly positive in the reviews. The first time you use the heavy-duty version we noticed positively. The result was very good, the potatoes were much finer than with the conventional "masher". During pressing, even a little force has to spend, because the screen closes very precisely. Therefore, minimal potato radicals have pushed through the gap. The described in a review of "sharp" edge on the handles are in the direct surrounding the handle noticeably hamper and pain but not during pressing, because the pressure shifted to the palm. The other essays we have not tried. The good (potato) Press result suggests but that also meet these essays to their purpose. I can recommend the press, but must restrict that I have used to date no other press.
