Very good headset for frequent callers

I am of professional drivers, the phone a lot and often and therefore need a usable headset. In my truck while a speakerphone is already installed, but once the engine is off, I can not take this. The headset does what it should and this in sufficient for my needs power. The volume can be adjusted sufficiently loud under working conditions for use. The quality of Microfons can naturally only rate the called of me people. So I ask again and again for me, how the communication worked. About the volume there have been no complaints, but that may also be because I speak loud and clear of the house. Noise such as wind and vehicle noise are filtered and there are of course limits. A past thunderous 40-ton or a freight train on the level crossing spoil even with this headset at least for a moment every conversation.

I use this headset daily simultaneously with 2 iPhones. One now no longer contemporary 3G for professional use and a 4S for purely private purposes. The headset connects to when switching immediately and without fuss with two iPhones. Although the nice woman's voice in the headset only spoke English, but probably everyone should understand what she means when she announces: ". Power on, Talk Time eleven hours, Phone One connected, Phone Two connected" Eleven hours is also the maximum talk time and according to my previous experience comes this way even about. I have stopped the call duration but not yet.
Incidentally, it is possible to regulate the volume of the headset during a conversation using the iPhone volume buttons. Here the nice lady in achieving maximum volume, however, remains silent. For the headset beeps then 2 times.

Another nice gimmick is the possibility of using a voice command to accept or decline a call. "Answer" or "Ignore" understands the headset but only if only one device is paired. The pure off the Bluetooth function is one of two paired devices affects this respect from not. For this you can also use the Siri function (voice control) of the iPhone 4S, listen to music and audio books through the headset. The latter comes for me in professional use for security reasons but out of the question even though the sound quality is not bad. In the private sector, I use to listen to music via iPhone rather stereo headphones. On the other hand one must also not be constantly irrigated. The everyday acoustic emissions are anyway more than bearable.

If you switch the headset off, they reported: "Power off" and if you have dialed the maximum volume, it whispers a "maximum volume" into the ear and is the connection to a device time whistle signals the headset: "Lost Connection." The range is actually exorbitant. I have already several times farther away from me lying in the truck 3G and lost the connection. Came already at a distance of around 25 meters then but already the announcement "Two Phone connected". For all other headsets to date been a distance of 8 meters was (as long is my truck) a problem. A stay at the rear of the truck is no longer a problem. Simultaneously, the voice message is about the lost connection is always a reminder that I forgot the phone in the truck.

If one is longer than 90 minutes out of the reach of connected devices, the headset mode switches to the so-called Deep Sleep. The device is placed virtually in deep sleep, thereby saving power. In general, the headset is so smart and granted the built-in speakerphone truck precedence. Is the same in operation, the headset remains inactive and the conversation runs over the speakerphone. But the truck I can only connect a telephone with the hands-free and since I mainly telephone professionally there, is there registered the "old" 3G. Ringing now but additionally the private 4S, then runs this call to the headset. Perfect.

And because I do not only professionally but also privately phoning a lot while happy to have your hands free, I use the headset also home to the landline. Here I have, however, tricked because I use wlan the iPhone 4S in conjunction with an app Telekom for Home Talk. Incoming and outgoing calls on my landline to be guided with the help of this app from your iPhone. Thus, the landline phone has had its day.

Now the equipment. Included is but a small booklet with instructions even a USB charging cable and a matching cigarette lighter adapter, an ear hook made of thin flexible plastic and a Silikondingsbums. The latter is mounted on the speaker and serves to stabilize the fit of the headset.

The information in the booklet are adequate for commissioning.

The USB cable has on one side than the usual USB-A plug, which, apart from the adapter also on your home PC / laptop can be connected to recharge the headset. What I just incidentally kill. At the other end of only 30 cm long cable to a USB Micro connector is for connecting the headset. During charging lights on the top of a red small LED permanently until full charge.
But you have to make sure that USB cable to connect directly to the PC / laptop because when using a USB hub may the charge current is insufficient. In this case, the red LED flashes very hectic to draw attention to themselves.

I have raised the Silikondingsbums advance mentioned on the speaker, and even without the headset strap sits tight and absolutely secure. Without Silikondingsbums and without wire the headset, however, does not stop at all. This is where the plastic bracket. Using only the bow, then the headset sits still sufficient but not as tight as with Silikondingsbums. However, the silicone part been suppressed for several hours of use a little on the ear. Probably because I have smaller ears than Prince Charles. I have solved this by I simultaneously use both tools and the silicone part simply from and depositing to time and trust only on the ironing. There is only one point that I would have to complain about: When loading or discontinuation of the headset, it can happen that you touch the buttons that initiate a phone call. Finally, the headset is quite small and hardly has space to touch without which one triggers what. This is annoying and only leads to unwanted conversations. I have solved this, where I first push the slide switch to the off position before I rumfummele on the headset to store this. And so I think it is also at touchdown. Only then switch on.

Finally I can say that I would buy this headset again. If someone were to ask me and listen to my advice, then I'll make a strong buy recommendation for this.
