Very good headset with a small support blemish

I opted for this headset because it fits perfectly to various Gigaset handsets and it also gives an earloop beside the headband - the latter I personally like better; the "rod" is omitted on the head and the headset sits still very pleasant and laid on the ear (without pressing). Moreover, I am very satisfied, the voice quality is super, the connection via plug properly.
A star deduction there, because the earloop has dissolved almost daily use to me after 3 years - the metal bracket is internally broken, the headset holds only very shaky. So I have to change for further use at the unloved headband. That alone is of course no reason for the star-hood, but it's not possible nachzusbestellen said earloop! While there are suitable replacement from the Far East, but the quality is not vergleichgbar with the original. The Plantronics hotline could not help also. I was referred to the spare parts shop, there the bars are not listed. Now 30 euros are for a new headset is not the world, but since all I have to work out the bracket remains 100% no good feeling about it, the thing just throw it away. A new earloop set for 5 euros would be the better alternative.
Who is not a clip-on user may consider this comment as "5 star". ;-)
