The picture might suggest 2 adapters, but in fact the picture is misleading, one with male dub15 for VAG output of the PC, a standard HDMI output, input / output jack for audio 35mm, and a mini USB input for 5V supply;
+ A mini extension dub15 male / male I did not serve me.
Everything works perfectly with excellent quality, despite an HDMI cord to 5m TV.
Expensive but advise
