I'm really satisfied with this product and would not hesitate to recommend. What insulation and tightness terms - full marks. Only drinking is not really pleasant. What one "sip" commonly is understood, for example if coffee is too hot in a classical cup, it is not possible by design of this thermo cup. As described in other reviews, is here scalding hazard since the liquid jet impinges unabated on the tongue. For this reason only 4 stars because of the drinking pleasure is not so high.
