I am very pleased with the adapter converter.
It has its own power supply, so that hard drives or even DVD or Blu-Ray drives can be powered easily.
In addition, the adapter supports all major data interface.

All in all ... I do not regret buying this product certainly not because it has been very well helped me when backing up data.

The device works on Mac OS X 10.6 .. and Windows 7 properly.
