I bought this phone for my mother (82 years old) which has two conditions: visually impaired and hard of hearing (but never wears his hearing aids, do not support it) .... All this to say that this phone apparatus alone fills the lack of hearing aids, and is very well suited for handicaps often affecting the elderly. The keys are "big" and spaced about the sound, it is growing very well (she has also not supported to put up) so it still has the resource for the future !!! !!!! It is finally comfortable starting any phone conversation and especially delighted !!!!!!!!! It is also a simple device with a sufficiently explicit instructions. I highly recommend it to those / those who may be interested (s), without any particular problem to evoke.
