Despite this incident, I decided to replace it with the W750 almost identical to recover the assets that had seduced me: Commissioning simplicity, image quality, wealth of connections and settings.
I just have 2 sources of disappointment:
- The optics cover snaps directly on the development of wheel, causing it to move and forced to readjust to the next viewing. The optical cache W700 is smarter and more practical (it remains completely fixed because clipped on the camera body)
- Much noisier than the W700 despite what may indicate the technical specifications of these two models. My W700 was not only quieter during projection but he had the advantage of being extinguished in less than 5 seconds. The W750's fans continue to run tens of seconds before dying: I gather that much warmer.
In the end I do not regret buying this product but I will not hide my concern about its longevity in light of my previous experience.
