Packing: simple cardboard box with a large opening, from which one can see the deposits very well. That the package is not resealable, does not bother me personally, and I assume times that very few nursing mothers to travel around so much that they need a reclosable package.
Form: The first big plus compared to DM Brand! The deposits are slightly curved, which slipping difficult and also there is a small additional bulge for the nipple in the center of the deposit. That's really great, because I had just in the early days of huge problems and pain on the nipples and everything somehow rubs in addition it is not particularly great. Through this bulge of pressure and friction is reduced on the nipples, at least somewhat, and thus helps to heal the bruised nipples faster.
A small negative point, however: on the package is advertised that the deposit does not apply. Not quite true, because of course the breasts become larger by the thickness of the deposits. But I think this can be prevented hardly if they are to be as absorbent simultaneously. However, I see a critical, that is still advertised.
Absorbency: So far I can not say anything negative. The nipples stay dry, but this was at the lower DM brand with me always the case. However, I noticed that the nipples with Penaten for "fluff" and remain soft. This was not the case with the other mark. There, the deposits of dried milk at the locations were quite hard and the nipples were always littered with small lint. This is of course very ugly, especially if you do not know exactly what material these lint and whether it could harm the baby if swallowed. Tape: I can honestly say anything because I do not use them. I put the bra prostheses attach without them, as they are always completely rausnehme to breastfeed because they otherwise verknüddeln or fall quickly anyway after some up and down flaps of the bra.
All in all I'm very happy with the product and will continue to use it, even if it is slightly more expensive.
