Very good nutritional supplementation in zinc deficiency and / or blemishes

When I took that time the first tablet, I had about 15 minutes an uncomfortable, queasy. But this vanished after some time. Meanwhile, I have no problems with that.

Coinciding with the pills I have introduced individual treatment phases with the mixed Zinkoxidcreme from the pharmacy. The pharmacist told me that if you permanently used zinc creams on the face, the skin accustomed to it later. For this reason I use the cream a) only occasionally on the pimples and b) a maximum of two weeks. This is followed by a rest period of at least also two weeks.

Along with the zinc tablets (now I take only one evening, ie 25 mg) My skin has now turned to the nearly three months by 180%. I barely have more problems with blemishes. Chance sometimes finds a small pimples the way 'back' but these disappear much faster than before, heal easily, and will be not so huge.

I recommend, however, before taking and during Einnnahme to let make a complete blood count on a regular basis (Before taking was with me in fact too little zinc to). The zinc is here already very high doses and is in a quite good for the body to verabeitetenden form (zinc gluconate) before. My doctor advised me (because after nearly two months, a slight iron deficiency was found) a slightly-dose dietary supplements with iron in addition take. Since I have not changed my diet and behavior, I think that I also required by increased zinc intake more iron. My blood count is currently but absolute top again.

On the subject of overdose: As a rule, up to 50 mg a day are recommended for zinc deficiency. Zinc gluconate is good to take the body, but as with all dietary supplements remedies quite a bit again lands (most probably) in the bladder, which is emptied sooner or later;)

I also recommend everyone what problems with pimples, use a soap-free cleansing gel OR (in my experience even better) a soap syndet. The syndet looks like a 'normal' Kernseife but PH-neutral (like a soap-free cleansing gel naturally also) but the advantage is that it reduces the surface tension of the waters. The water can then penetrate more deeply into the pores. Also I would advise against alcohol-based facial waters. These destroy the entire skin milieu and just stressed skin requires quite long then the protective layer recover.

I highly recommend this tablet so really only recommend (best when constantly carried out medical check-ups. For me these three simple and reasonably-priced remedies (tablets, cream and a Syndet Bar) have virtually ensured that I almost be called 'pimple free' want.

So it is not necessary always to lubricate the expensive products two to three times a day to the skin, but perhaps more often harm (even alcoholic face water I think is critical).
