So: a genuine ZEISS highlight how it is used by other top products from ZEISS.
The only Wermuths Drops is the camera, which of course can not keep up with latest models. But that's no wonder, because the PhotoScope was conceived in 2006 and reflects the state of the art at that time. Nevertheless, the 7 Megapixels are still quite a reasonable value, and also the fine autofocus can be proud of, works very effectively. If you have once familiarized with the many other settings, and reduced especially in my opinion, grossly exaggerated noise reduction on the setting minimum (that you can possibly do much better on the PC later), then you can certainly good pictures with it make - also very nice ... :) For proof recordings eg in bird photography, it's enough anyway always.
An addendum: Do not forget also that the fold-out display is at its best: An OLED display is the brightest of what is technologically possible, and it shows. It allows one including eg a considerably more comfortable continuous monitoring of a place, because you do not always have to do with the eye at the eyepiece.
