Use pencils for years (both for flipchart as well as whiteboard) from Staedtler.
The quality is very good, the pins do not dry out, if you should forget me, they close with the cap - which can in many presentations / trainings occur quite times.
The nib is very good, the color keeps on the flip chart sheets for a longer time without fading too big.
Highly recommended.
