In the end I think they are better than the original Noctua NH-U12P CPU cooler on se2. (Push / pull)
With my 2500K @ 4.5 Ghz as OCCT or BF3:
2x Noctua has environ 1300 trm for 65 ° constant 100% load.
2x Coollink, variable PWM, 50% idle until 1551 trm tip to maintain 60 °.
Basically trm 1450 on average for 60 °.
(I pass on Cooler Master I, it worthless on cooler)
(There is margin before reaching the 1,700 trm)
Same level noise, Coolink are really good, they hear more than the Noctua.
The Noctua limits are inaudible but they breaststroke view not much air that is understandable.
Worse with the management by the PWM Coolink are inaudible also out OCCT.
The Y-cable and impeccable for the push / pull.
Very happy; because between test and the reality of time eh ...
Half as much as some competitor, effective in cooler allow peace OC aircooling.
In short all good for me.
