Very good performance but high space requirement

I bought the GTX 980 AMP Extreme Edition to release, before I had a GTX 780. I have to say that the performance of this card is very neat. I operate on a WQHD monitor (2560x1440) and have to say that I can play in the best graphics except Crysis 3 or Unity in almost all games.
For older titles which make no such high demands on the graphics card, the DSR function which can be activated in the Nvidia driver a very useful feature. With this it is possible to output the image to downsampling .. hot, the image is for example calculated with 5120x2880 and 2560x1440 output following in. Advantage is a much better antialiasing.

One drawback, however, can represent the size of the map, which just so fitting into my Big Tower built by the expansion tank in the casing (see photo). It should be measured necessarily the first available space in the housing. The length of the card is a good 30 cm.

Benefits:
- Very high graphics performance (currently the fastest GTX 980 on the market Air-Cooled)
- DSR feature for older or less graphically Elaborate games to image enhancement
- Volume holds due to the three built-in fan in a pleasant area for me (this impression is of course subjective)
- Temperature rarely exceeds 65 ° C mark
- Sufficient reserves for most of the games in 60 FPS and 1080p; 1440p at 35-40 FPS in the same game

Neutral:
- Dimensions of the map are very large; Housing should be sufficiently large and well ventilated
- 4GB VRAM for games in 4K Ultra HD almost too little
- Power supply should be at least 500 Watt have .. also is a quad-core processor makes sense in conjunction with the map

Negatives:
- Very high cost price (currently about 650-700)
