I originally purchased are to protect my camera lenses. Your best break filter the nightcap of a lens 600 or more!

The filter is really well designed, not so full zoom vignetting (NIKON D90 + Sigma 120-400 mm), internal and external thread allows a good fixing and adding additional filters or fixing of the original hides what all filters do not allow.

I really recommend!
