I got it yesterday and am thrilled baked. Yes - it's true, it has a strong smell the yeast contained in baking - and the bread after baking is still quite moist. That's why I keep it in the refrigerator. But the taste is very good - and finally there in Palio area times a kind of white bread for breakfast.
Small tip - again briefly baking the bread into slices before eating at a low temperature in the oven - it's awesome. Is toasted morning - imagine even as a super profit before.
However, I think if you nachwiegt the ingredients, you get the Gari with flour and yeast as well and thus also much cheaper way.
